When I walked into the service area for my 2:00 appointment today, every Service Adviser EXCEPT one put their head down,so they did not make eye contact with me. Fortunately for me a wonderful Lady ,Tina looked at me and smiled. She asked me if she could help me. She was friendly,professional ,courteous and helpful. John Bierne at Riverview worked hard for us when dealing with Endurance Insurance who are trying to deny a claim by us which is quite common for them which we sadly learned the hard way. I pity the service people who have to deal with this company as well as anyone who buys this insurance!
They where extremely fast putting on 4 tires and doing an oil change!
Every year the free inspection comes with something else they find wrong. Usually between 800. And a thousand dollars. Every year for six years, done with this place
