We were told to be there at 11. Got there at 10:30. Didn't leave till after 12. So disorganized! Finally left, Didn't get dropped where we were supposed to. 5 minutes in the river my kayak was sinking. Had to pull over and empty it constantly. Ended up having to walk it for more than a mile in the river almost broke my ankle.. The owners response was... Well you took the trip! Worst customer service ever! We had a great time. They were on time getting our canoes to the water and being at the end to pick us up.
We had a great day. Everything was on time and easy.
