I used to live in this apartment before, was very great and well kept. But the management changed last year. New management sucks, they think they can earn money from an apartment doing nothing. Office is always closed. They never shovel the snow on the driveway before 10 - 11 in the morning.You might be attracted by the low rent, but you have to pay the gas bill, which will be really high in winter as the building is poorly insulated.Door, windows and even the walls leak.Only good thing about the apartment is its location, ... read more
Great location and very reasonable rent. Could have more parking available for visitors but its usually not a problem. Being next to the library is very convientient, one block from downtown and very close to the university.
