This clinic wasted six hours of my time and charged me $160, only to admit they don’t perform the surgery they had already confirmed they offered even after my vet from another province verified it with them. Shelly was especially rude and condescending. I’ll never bring my animals here again. Everything I’d heard about this place was true: they care more about money than their clients’ time. They deserve a negative star and if i could have given 5 of those I would have!!! Stay away from this clinic.
