The Riverview Animal Health Centre has always been great to deal with and the staff has always been considerate and helpful but today they went above and beyond. Today we had to put or family dog to sleep. We called ahead to let them know we would be coming and they had the family room too Ready for us and through such a hard time they all were so compassionate and respectful. I've had to use the emergency services at the Riverview Animal Hospital a few times now. The level of care they provide is absolutely top notch. I would like to specifically thank Dr. Declan Lalor and his team who helped guide us through the recent loss of one of our beloved cats. The care and compassion they show for animals (as well as their owners) makes a huge and lasting impact in people's lives. People like Dr. Lalor simply make the world a better place.
This veterinary hospital took amazing care of my girlie when she got really sick. He treated us all with kindness and compassion, knowing it was hard, especially being that we are all from out of town. They have put up with me calling at all hours of the night and asking questions consistently. They’ve been amazing to communicate with my home vet so we can continue monitoring now that she’s home. I wish I lived a lot closer because they would be my vet for sure. Amazing staff fantastic facility
Called at about three in the morning. Spoke with a wonderful tech named Emy. She was completely open and thoughtful in answering questions that she could, even though I haven't stepped foot in that place yet. Had concerns regarding my senior dog, and even though I paid nothing, she listened to my concerns and promptly sought answers to my questions from the attending veterinarian. I recommend this place and I look forward to bringing my son's new puppy here down the road.
We take our animals to the general and emergency practice. I haven’t had an issues. Our experiences have always been positive. The admin and vet staff are all lovely and kind. The wait for a general (non-emergency) appointment is long though. I called last week to schedule an appt. The soonest availability they had was in approx six weeks. I wish they had more staff or longer hours to support more general appointments.
