I was pleased with the efficiency , communications skills, knowledge of veterinary science, courtesy, and kindness of the staff. The veterinarian LISTENED to me, asked questions and made sure she answered my questions and that I understood her responses. Good visit, I will be making them my permanent veterinary care center. l
Very dissatisfied with the treatment my dog recieved. Chica was seen by Dr. Cook on 6/16/17 for fatigue, diarrhea, and odor coming from her ears, as well as shaking her head continuously. Dr. Cook's diagnosis of Chica (after a fecal lab) was that her fecal showed no bacteria, and her ears were just red. Dr. Cook sent her home with 2 meds, 1 for her stomach (Metronidazole)and drops for her ears (Zymox Otic) The charge was179.64 which i ncluded a rabies shot.
