from the receptionist to the hygienist and my child’s dentist were all great and made her feel very welcome ,calm and happy.
So I guess this dental center is scraping the bucket to make money. They sent me a bill that was not covered by treaty back in April of 2024. Apparently treaty only covers cleanings once a year after the child turns 17. They booked the appointment knowing this or they should have known this. Now that treaty is not paying, they are expecting me to pay for their mistake. It took them 9 months to mail me a bill.
