We took our girl dog, Addie, to Rivertown after she was bit in the face by a snake. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. The vet saw her immediately and started treating her right away. The vet was so thorough with explaining everything to us, answered all our questions and took exceptional care of our girl. We had never been there before but were super impressed with the service, staff and professionalism they displayed.
My cat had got bitten by a snake. Dr. Kees and staff were incredibly helpful, carrying and nice. He’s doing well thanks to Dr. Kees and we couldn’t be more grateful.
This place is absolutely horrible. Worse than the clinic that was on Machester Expy. They care about your money and not your pet. Just go to Auburn and save yourself some heartache. Your pet has a better chance on the drive than at this place. I can't believe they are still in business. We woke up on a Sunday to one of our cats not being able to walk.....he was letting us know it was "time". This choice is the hardest & most heart breaking choice to have to make for your pet. I called Rivertown Veterinary Emergency and the woman who answered the phone was the most compassionate person who helped arrange for us to come in and been seen right away.
