Do not go to this vet they do not care about your pets and they don’t care about what you got going on. They’re rude and disrespectful. They won’t let you talk to the boss and they think that they can talk to you any type of way.
Horrible customer service and they don’t care. Unprofessional. Don’t trust your animals with them.
They would rather your animal be in pain. They only care about money
We were taken right away and treated with such kindness and love by each and every member of their team. My Riley received exceptional care. I am thankful Rivertown Veterinary Emergency is available on the weekends. Pricing is reasonable for an emergency care facility. You are also told very clearly upfront about pricing.
