We had a cat emergency on a Sunday, Rivertown responded quickly and effectively. We were told all costs prior to treatment above the initial fee, and those fees were fair. We were advised on how to care for our cats wound and what to look out for. Treatment notes were forwarded to our normal vet for follow up. The staff were wonderful, and the establishment was clean and tidy. We couldn’t ask for a better emergency visit.
Says it takes last walk in at 9:00. i got there at 8:45 and the door was locked and answering service was turned on. After hours are supposed to be 5:00 to 10:00. And unfortunately it's the only emergency vet service in town.
This place was amazing to us yesterday. We brought our dog in for a snake bite yesterday morning and they did everything possible to help him. We dealt with both vets and they were both incredible. They explained everything to us in detail and made sure to answer any and all of our questions. They gave us our documents when we picked up our dog last night and they gave us everything on paper with time stamps in detail. Blaze had a seizure we brought him in and had to make a hard choice. The nurses and vet were so kind and patient with us. They answered all our questions and gave us the time we needed!
