Service department had current open appointments when other gmc dealers were weeks away for 1st opening. Advisor was pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for meeting your service needs.
I gotta agree with the other bad reviews. Impossible to get in touch with over the phone and even when you do... go to Macon or Montgomery for big stuff. I ended up driving up to get a quote because i could never get in touch with the service team. Every time I called I'd get thrown on hold and forgotten. I had a rough idea of what a port side hitch install on a new car costs and was expecting 600-1k for not ordering it at time of delivery. U-haul (lose some clearance but still not a bad option) is only 500 bucks. Guess what... read more
