Honestly pretty disappointed. The ridiculous prices for labor, knowing that the $250+ an hour is not going to the actual mechanics, is sadly expected but still sucks. Brought my car in to fix the motor that makes the passenger seat go back and forth and my horn and they said they have to replace the entire seat… $2000+. Had a scheduled maintenance appointment through the app. Service Center: Aden was super helpful and friendly. His wait time estimate was spot-on. After everything was said and done, he accompanied me to get windshield wipers. He just kept going above and beyond expectations. After replacing the wipers, he took the old ones and the plastic to dispose of them. Honestly, a great experience with the service department. Service department had current open appointments when other gmc dealers were weeks away for 1st opening. Advisor was pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for meeting your service needs.
I gotta agree with the other bad reviews. Impossible to get in touch with over the phone and even when you do... go to Macon or Montgomery for big stuff. I ended up driving up to get a quote because i could never get in touch with the service team. Every time I called I'd get thrown on hold and forgotten. I had a rough idea of what a port side hitch install on a new car costs and was expecting 600-1k for not ordering it at time of delivery. U-haul (lose some clearance but still not a bad option) is only 500 bucks. Guess what... read more
