I went in Rivertown Subaru to get an oil change. One of the sales managers, parts manager, service manager and several employees assisted me with valuable service. They made my day. Good Service, very clean Restrooms.
Brought my car in knowing the heads would have to be replaced on March 15th and today is May 13th, but still no definite time my car will be ready. They have had my car for 2 months and every week it's a new excuse as to why it's not ready: "Had to order new parts" "They sent us the wrong parts" "Our lead tech is out on vacation now" "We lost the tool to fix it and we have to order a new one". It's one thing after another. The sad thing is that this is not warranty work, but paying out of pocket.
I want to say thanks to Cassie who got my 2019 Forrester in quickly for my oil change and tire rotation appointment and she also helped me get the online discount coupon from Subaru applied to my service ticket which saved me money!! The mechanic, Damon, was very thorough with the multi point system check and I got my car back in about an hour!! -Jose Negron, proud owner of a 2019 Subaru Forrester Premium.
Don't bother with this dealership for any extended service or recalls. Called them to handle a recall because they're the closest dealership to me, they're an hour away from me still. They initially told me it would take 4 hours plus for the fix and the only option for a loaner while they fixed it was for me to pay to rent a car from Enterprise.
