Left Grand Rapids Michigan for Florida on a Thursday, for a 2 month visit. 35 miles from home, traveling on US 131, someone flagged me over. I exited on the next exit, and this is what I discovered. I didn't lose a tire, I lost the whole wheel. Googled RV repair and RiverTown was the closest, I dropped it off at 4:30pm that Thursday. Rivertown is a bit on the expensive side but that's because their techs do great work. They replaced the whole front floor in our 25' Puma Palomino. They let me buy my own vinyl for the floor which saved me money getting it from Menards. Also Justin threw in a bunch of freebies like gutter spouts so the water wouldn't drain down through the storage compartments and rot my floor again and replacing a bunch of broken plastic parts on the outside. I would highly recommend Justin and Rivertown to fix your camper.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! I called and first spoke with whoever answered the phone. She did not introduce herself,.I was transferred to Justin and he talked a big game when he heard what repairs I wanted done. I got back my motorhome and spent a little over 5 months with it. While traveling I found there was a problem with the floor repair and notified Justin. Upon returning to Michigan I took it back for them to fix.
