Since May we have been been camping at Outdoor Adventure, every 21 days we move site or move to another campground. We learned to hate the move because our batteries were not working properly - could not use the lights above, no refrigerator or slide.. We pestered around with the switch and learned it we hit it so many times in 4 or 5 hour the batteries would work. We decided to call Rivertown RV Repair. Unbelievable service and communication. Hard to find people who do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do and this group does just that with excellent results.
Rivertown RV has some amazing technicians. Bill diagnosed that our refrigerator needed to be replaced. After great communication with the office a quote was given and approved. Less that two days later we had a new residential refrigerator installed in our class a motorhome. Not sure how they got it in there but they did a perfect job. Highly recommend this company for any RV needs.
Went in and talked with Justin about trading in my current 2018 40ft 5th wheel for a new one from them, was told to send pictures of my current unit to get a rough price on it, waited over a week for a response back and finally got a response after I texted them numerous time them telling them l will be going elsewhere with my buisness. Very un professional and apparently they have enough buisness already that they dont want to sell to anyone new.
A few days before our planned and reserved camping trip our trailer electric system completely died. Rivertown RV was able to help us right away which we greatly appreciated. Their service was reasonably priced and they were very nice with which to work. I recommend Rivertown RV.
