Rivertown is the worst. They allow property to run down due to lack of repair and maintenance. They let the weeds grow 3 feet tall. They started managing the property a few years ago and it has went downhill since. The grass on this residential property is 2 ft tall right now. It's a crying shame. These guys manage property and wont even cut the yard. The place looks trashy. And it's all Rivertown Property's responsibility.
