Top maintenance and Karen
I've been living in the apartments on Graham for three months. I've had one ongoing issue with my AC. Last week the caretaker/ maintenance man ( im terrible with remembering names) came and repaired two outlets. Did an amazing job. He was so nice. Today, two licensed electricians came and wired my AC for a 220. Just a shout out to Karen and Rivertown for taking work orders seriously. Special thanks to the caretaker. Amazing service Ruth and Team THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!
Poor property management lack of communication does not respond to calls concerning emergencies with housing. House is invaded with rodents. No response or maintenance with 15 days . The company has not fixed anything pertaining to maintenance request or issues. Old cabinets old bath tub unsealed holes in the walls for rodents to get in and no one has come out to do anything about this matter I’ve requested 15 or more days ago.
