Ruth was great! So willing to accommodate and quick with replies and info. Glad I chose Rivertown, she made a stressful move just that much easier.
Rivertown is awful. They don't do maintenance or ever cut the lawn often..Edit to Response..You might say it in your lease but you don't enforce it. Your tenants allow property on Willett st in midtown to become an absolute blight on the whole neighborhood. Lovely property till you guys got ahold of it. I personally see that you allow dead auto batteries, tires and all sorts of trash discarded in the yard. That whole property has become a pig stye since you started to manage it. Sheep in wolves clothing. Smile at you while just the opposite. There 2 years with bug infestations, rats, drug bust April 2025. sent an email to say mgmt not wanting to renew the lease (we lived there 2 years) and given notice we had 30 days to vacate. Kept almost $900 of security deposit of which they lied. Ruth as well as Kim can not be trusted. Two words to sum up this company ….”STAY AWAY! “
Once you've signed a lease, they respond whenever they want, almost never. I lost my digital lease and requested it again. To this day, they haven't responded to my message. They saw it and ignored it.
