Ruth was great with getting my family in a new house we were in a time crunch with our previous house to the point we were so stressed especially with the holidays coming up. Very poor when it comes to maintenance and communication. I currently rent from them and it took 3 months for them to fix my gas. They just fixed it yesterday only for the maintenance guy to cause a problem where I now don't have hot water. I was told someone was coming to fix it today and they never did. After my lease is up I'm done with this company. Poor communication skills and very unprofessional maintenance crew
