As a tenant, they were amazing property managers to me. Always helpful and willing to be flexible (truly a blessing in today's economy). Always had quick and effective maintenance or updates when there had to be delays. Sad to see them go as our building recently changed companies, but I can't recommend them enough. Ruth was my contact, and she was absolutely amazing, kind, and caring. Let’s start off by saying I’m usually not the type to leave bad reviews on anyone but after the experience I’ve had with rivertown the last couple months i wouldn’t recommend them to a homeless if they were offering free rent the communication is horrible no response to my messages no call back after trying to reach Itza multiple times and the moment i do get her on the phone first thing she say is oh i haven’t forgotten about you how come you haven’t its going on 3 MONTHS no A/C i had to buy window units at my own expensive... read more

Mrs Ruth is a very sweet lady, that will do her best to help you get in one of their beautiful homes. She was so nice and understanding of my situation. She made me feel welcome.
