Ruth is hands down the greatest Renting Manager ever!!!!!!
This company does not care about the tenants they have major problems that need to be fixed they make you come Out of pocket because the owner is too cheap to fix them i wouldnt recommend a homeless person living there if it was free
I am a tenant been renting with the company for a month in a half when I say run far far far away from this company the communication is horrible they dnt text back or answer the phones I have water damage to the kitchen ceilings plumbing problems to where I can’t use the shower and toilet as well as electrical I had to get code enforcement involved just so they could come and fix things they tried to blame me and say I’m the cause of the problems JILL and RUTH are NO HELP at all I’ve called and text plethora of times no und... read more
Ruth was great with getting my family in a new house we were in a time crunch with our previous house to the point we were so stressed especially with the holidays coming up. Ruth actually reached out to us and helped so much she got us in our new house before the holidays we are so grateful! The only complaint I do have is maintenance seems like it’s been one thing after the other we have been told someone is coming to fix something then they never show or plans change and we have just been left in the dark about it.
