Called and set up an appointment for a cleaning, got told when I showed up that the appointment would cost a minimum of 340 dollars, and didn’t guarantee a cleaning (520 with) like what did I set up an appointment for. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Total waste of my time. The price isn’t awful, but if you cant guarantee the service I specifically set up an appointment for and expect I pay you even if you don’t provide it, that’s HORRIBLE business practice. I was very impressed at RTD Viroqua...the Staff was very professional, efficient, timely..they had the costs layed out before the procedure which was very peaceful and the tooth extraction was done and over with quickly with no pain. Now they are my new dentist 9not only because of the location and I would recommend them.
Heard good things about Rivertown from the community, I was happy to experience it myself and see it was true. Every staff member was super nice and competent. My RDH was excellent, gave helpful suggestions without being judgemental.
Very thorough exam and cleaning.
One of the best cleaning I have had. I have a lot of work to do and they are trying to get me in and everything done as soon as possible. I can't wait to see what it looks like when it all done.
