My Jeep was hit by an eighteen wheeler and the entire right side was repaired in their shop under a different owner. The front passenger floorboard was flooding with water every time it rained. I took it back to shop after Gerber Collision bought it. The Manager, Paul, took it back in with no hassles or issues and repaired issue free of charge. No more water getting into Jeep now. Saved me over $900 from having to bring to dealership for repair.
Fast and efficient. Hopefully I don’t ever have to use them again because of a wreck but I will definitely recommend others to them.
Absolutely delighted with the quality of the repair to my 4-Runner and the customer service/ Renda and all the staff make this repair so easy from my initial phone call to them to the finished product exactly as promised and when promised. I wouldn't send my dog to Rivertown Collision Center. They changed out the front end and radiator on my car. When I got it back the coolant reservoir was empty, the front bumper was hanging and my hood was off track.
