Had such a great experience with Gerber. Alexis was very communicative and helpful about the whole process which included coordination with enterprise for my rental. I got email updates with a predicted estimated date of completion and whether or not they were on track or not to complete by that date. They had my car for 2 weeks. My car was washed and looked brand new when I picked it up! They even topped off my washer fluid. Would recommended to anyone! The warranty of the work was also a plus!
My wife’s car was scheduled to be brought in for a quote on repairs, I called in to see if I could move the appointment up due to her being off work sooner than expected. A lady answered the phone and said please hold. Put me on hold for 30 mins until I hung up. Never returned to the phone nor was a call returned. I find this very unprofessional especially when I’m a new customer offering my business.
