Absolutely delighted with the quality of the repair to my 4-Runner and the customer service/ Renda and all the staff make this repair so easy from my initial phone call to them to the finished product exactly as promised and when promised. I wouldn't send my dog to Rivertown Collision Center. They changed out the front end and radiator on my car. When I got it back the coolant reservoir was empty, the front bumper was hanging and my hood was off track. Extremely poor customer service skills. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle where your business isn’t appreciated. Notice that you are how often you are having to apologize? That when you know you need correction.
Ridiculous!!! Car dropped off 2 weeks ago with 150 miles worth of gas, car picked up today with 0 miles to E! Then to top it off the gas cap is broke! Did yall steal gas or what out the tank or did yall drive it to E? Gas Mileage was wrote down when car got towed so where did the gas go. Then the unprofessional lady says oh if you run out of gas just let me know. I don’t recommend this collision center nor Progressive!
