My wife’s car was scheduled to be brought in for a quote on repairs, I called in to see if I could move the appointment up due to her being off work sooner than expected. A lady answered the phone and said please hold. Put me on hold for 30 mins until I hung up. Never returned to the phone nor was a call returned. I find this very unprofessional especially when I’m a new customer offering my business.
Great service and fast turn around
My Jeep was hit by an eighteen wheeler and the entire right side was repaired in their shop under a different owner. The front passenger floorboard was flooding with water every time it rained. I took it back to shop after Gerber Collision bought it. The Manager, Paul, took it back in with no hassles or issues and repaired issue free of charge. No more water getting into Jeep now. Saved me over $900 from having to bring to dealership for repair.
Fast and efficient. Hopefully I don’t ever have to use them again because of a wreck but I will definitely recommend others to them.
