Great place and wonderful staff
Shari was super helpful and friendly during both my application and move in process. I was always greeted with a smile and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. I reported a few minor issues with the place my first week and they were fixed right away. All the other tenants I've met around the property have also been very nice and friendly. It's been a great place to live in Stayton so far. Thanks for everything Shari!!!
Before new manager came , place was in order, there was good communication, tenants all respected each other. I lived in the unit for 4 years within that frame it was HELL. Tenants above us were terrible an disrespectful an woke our kids up every night with there stomping and inappropriate intimacy, first year we let it be, ask nicely if they could please keep it down , then started taking it to the manager , did nothing about it. Maintenance hardly got done an was slow. My advice…Do not rent here , go somewhere else unless ... read more
