I cannot thank the staff of Riverton Rossmoyne vet enough for their efforts, kindness, and patience with me as we navigated dental surgery for my old man Hector. I have previously lost my guy Nanook under anaesthetic during a dental procedure (at a different vet!!!) , who was younger, bigger & healthy. The staff at Riverton Rossmoyne were so patient with my concerns, kept me updated all day, and looked after my mans in a way that left me feeling like I’d left him with family who love him like I do. I love the warm welcome from all of the lovely Admin reception staff, whenever I come into the clinic for my Luna ragdoll x cat needs. They are also so supportive and Informative too over the phone with any enquiries. Ally the Vet is absolutely wonderful from the minute she says hello, throughout the consultation and treatment. Offering such a needed supportive energy, so needed at a time of concern and worry for my beloved Luna. Easing my anxiety and worry, in which is so necessary while nursing any pet back to good health... read more

이곳에서 일하시는 분들은 다 친절하지만 이곳에서만 진료 받기 보다 다른 곳에서도 진료를 받아보는 것을 추천합니다. 저희 강아지가 10년 이상을 이곳에 다녔는데 나이가 들어서 갑작스럽게 몸 이곳 저곳에 한번에 이상이 생겼는데 이곳에서는 CT를 찍고 수술을 하거나 혹은 비용부담 등으로 안락사를 추천했습니다. 하지만 다른 곳에서는 약을 처방 받았고 현재 3일 정도 지났는데 매우 양호해졌습니다. 방문 할 때 마다 아이의 기록도 챙겨 보지 않아서 보호자에게 전에 무슨 진료를 받았는지 물어보고 강아지의 상태도 강아지를 직접 확인 하기 보다 보호자에게 상태가 어떤지 물어보고 어떻게 치료를 해줬으면 좋겠는지 물어보는 식이 많았습니다. 멍청하게 이곳만 10년 이상을 다닌게 저희 강아지에게 매우 미안할 정도에요.

Heartfelt thanks to the team at Rossmoyne Riverton Vet. Our beautiful little spitz Mia was a patient for nearly 17 years, starting with puppy classes with Oneeka ! Over the years she had a huge wheat seed removed from her nose, an operation on a damage cruciate ligament, operation to save her life from a large dog attack, and in the last 8 months successful treatment to combat arthritis.
