We had Riverton completely renovate our pool several years ago, and I can’t say enough good things about Bryan and his team. Our project was much more involved than a typical pool renovation. We had significant water table and drainage issues that required the pool and surrounding deck to essentially be rebuilt. Riverton did an outstanding job from start to finish. We had a rust spot in our spa from a piece of exposed rebar. Bryan came out, drained the spa, removed the affected area and patched the defect. It’s virtually undetectable! He worked on it the better part of the day. When I asked him how much he said it’s on him, never should have happened, covered it under the warranty he told me. This is 5 years after installation! These people are terrible. For over 10 days they kept telling me they’d call me back that night or the next day. I spoke to an actual person 4-5 times about them taking a look at something and they kept promising to call me back but never did. Not only that but they stopped taking my calls period. Very unprofessional to say the least. If this is how they operate I’m actually glad they didn’t come out. I would give 0/0 stars if they let me
