We arrived 7 minutes before our appointment, yet we still had to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor. It makes me wonder why we book appointments if the schedule isn’t followed. Please try to maintain the appointment times.
Dr Khattak is definitely one of the best Doctors I have had in my 77 years of living...very knowledgeable, caring and good sense of humour. My husband and I both like and respect him. The receptionists are fantastic...kind and welcoming and ready to help. Would recommend this surgery to everyone.
The receptionist’s behaviour was unprofessional. She was not wearing a name tag and was eating with her mouth full while speaking to patients. She sat on the left facing the door. It would be beneficial if she could be more courteous in the future. She interrupted me after asking several questions and demanded I answer in a specific order. It would be helpful if she could be more polite in the future. She interrupted me after asking several questions and demanded I answer in sequence, the way she likes it. She appeared impatient while I try to recall the information.
