Poor Service booked appointment over phone for my daughters emergency wound needs, at reception lady was chilling and just said appointment is not booked coz of glitch, called back and checked with reception why appointmnet not booked and no communication done, she said coz of sustem glitch which she should inform to patients or atleast keep keep that appointmnet for pt who would visit the dr. No sorry or no campassion… sitting there to ern money only

At the time, she diagnosed decreased hearing and tinnitus but only referred me for a hearing test—there was no discussion or provision of immediate treatment. As widely known, sudden hearing loss requires urgent intervention, often involving steroids, especially if diagnostic services are delayed. Hello, I have been a patient of one the doctors for several years, moved with him from Thornlie practice to Riverton. Recently it's been difficult to get to see him. I made an appointment to get a script filled with another doctor. The doctor did not do an escript and my script has disappeared, I was charged $80 to get my script filled. I've called on Friday, sorry can't help, call back Monday, called Monday doctor wants another $80 for an escript, I asked if I could speak to my doctor " ah no send email with request and we ... read more
Dr Cynthia and nurses are lovely. My only complaint is that on 3 occasions the blood pressure machines did not work! Please upgrade your testing equipment if you own this place.
Apparently these people no longer do bulk billing, not even concession card holders , old age pensioners also. Greed , terrible for people in later years struggling on age pension
