Coen's job was to replace our proprietary WiFi modem/router with a third party device that was not designed specifically for our ISP. He encountered some technical challenges, worked through them and set up our new network seamlessly. We were able to keep our old network IDs and passwords so there was no need to go back and reconnect all our devices (about 20 of them). Coen was efficient and polite. Job done - 10 out of 10.
The process was quick and easy. I'm very happy with my new computer.
