IMPORTANT: “Open hours” are NOT the same as “staffed hours” which are highly limited. I recommend you call for the staffed hours if you are planning on visiting for a day pass. Over the gym is not great, but not bad. Good for Lake George travelers. Perfect for a day pass. Truly never could have imagined how grimy and outdated this place is- especially for a gym that literally advertises cleanliness. The bathrooms stink so bad that you can smell them from the rest of the gym, and every single locker is covered in rust. The machines are older than I am, and there is ZERO floor space to even put down a yoga mat.
