Overall a good experience at this condo. The setting is right in the middle of the Pigeon Forge “action” but set between the Little Pigeon River, and The golf course and surrounded by lots of trees. It is really very pretty and peaceful. We had several maintenance issues with our condo but the condo was clean and furnished well enough for a short stay. We would stay here again.

Very unprofessional management behavior from the General Manager. During my deal with RiverStone Resort & Spa in Pigeon Forge, I repeatedly witnessed the General Manager, Melissa, stepping out of her office to micromanage situations in an unprofessional way. She seemed more focused on showing authority than providing real leadership. Good location but depending on the volume of traffic it can be very difficult to get in and out on Dollywood Lane. There is a "back entry/exit" that you can take from the property that brings you out along Cates Lane on the Parkway. The rooms are decent, have some wear and tear but not in to bad a shape. Problem with balcony thare great in building 4 over the river, is if you are a non-smoker and try set on the balcony the smokers ruin it for non-smokers. There is no cleaning service for your stay.
