Management Sucks. They are rude and do not care about the people that rent from them. They seem nice at first but when you actually have a problem, they could really care less. Noise was ridiculous, slamming staircase doors all night long, uncontrolled dog barking. Maintenance problems are just covered with paint. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! Two times in 4 months our rent check or money order was stolen from the night drop. After raising concerns regarding their BS 5 day notices for non payment of rent after rent was paid, confronting them about bogus video survelance to detour theft, and just the unprofessionalism of the management staff in dealing with this matter they forwarded the situation to their attorney. Please run away from this complex! The leasing office can't give you a straight answer on anything. They lie lie lie. If you try to fight it they are right you are wrong. Terrible customer service. Plus the rent went up for us 20% after 15 months of a perfect record. Also you pay for everybodys water and trash services no matter how much you us it. This complex is called "luxury" not a single thing about this complex is "luxury"! Most things tend to not work when you want them to and getting something fixed takes longer than it would take to fix it 10 times over. The management never has any idea of what is going on, as long as they are happy they don't care about the happiness or well-being of the tenants. I have lived here for 2 years and out of those 2 years for a year in a half the gate has been broken, this is all three gates for entry. Anyone can come in. My next door neighbor had his apt broken into in broad day light. They tow away residents car with out any problems. The worst customer service that can be found in Houston area apt. They call it luxury apartments, I don't see that at all.

I lived here, when I got my first apartment with my fiance and my newborn son!! We were on a limited income and these apartments have their own way of going by your income! Based on our income at that time, we rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for $175 a month...WOW!! The neighborhood was great, no people hanging out all over your car at night, no kids out late, no shootings or anything, now this was in year 2005, 3 years ago!! Things may have changed!!!
