Great company. When I moved into the spot I’m in now in downtown Portland this company managed the building. Management was great and I feel grateful they helped me get my first place

Worst renting experience I have ever had. They are saying that they didn't receive $800 of my money, and my bank has photos and proof that the check was deposited! My banker is now involved, as is my attorney, because they are charging me for the most ridiculous things and not acknowledging payments that I clearly made. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.
Just be ready to pay for everything, if you didn't make pictures of each scratch during move in. Check in list is useless. Even you made pics - be ready to open claim against them after move out. They are not accept any considerations.
