I went to walk in with side pain sent me to radiology for scan. Radiology said I did not have a kidney stone. Went to er same day I had a 3.6 stone. Radiology at riverstone should have easily seen that stone that's why I'm giving 1 star. If you ever feel you need a second opinion get one.
we moved here in 2013. have been with Riverstone, blue ridge medical, hidden Valley, or whichever name they changed to in 10 years. have had 6 doctors due to most of them leaving to go elsewhere. have always just gone with whoever took up their patients after they left. have always been pleased UNTIL NOW. had to wait for appointment because now I'm a ,"NEW" patient. ok no problem. the day BEFORE MY APPT. The Dr office for Neal Tah refused to see me because I’m not an established patient. The lady at the front office who is in charge of scheduling was strictly unprofessional with how she handled it. She was laughing at me somehow thinking it was funny saying “you can’t just hop around like that” when all I needed was medical clearance for a surgery. my main doctor couldn’t see me until the end of the month.
