Hired Preston to do landscaping for us. He went $300+ over budget without communicating that to us prior to sending us an invoice. He left our parking lot a mess, and we had to call and ask him to come back and clean up after himself. He ripped out all of our electrical lights and cable work within our beds - so we will have to essentially undo and redo all of his work to reinstall those.
