I placed my claim on a Friday and Jason called me Tuesday following the long weekend. Impressive!!
Jason and Allison have always been great to work with and answer any questions I have, have been a customer there for over ten years now.
Been dealing with this office for about 10 years now and always well served. Romy recently took excellent care of us one more time.
Would be 0 stars if possible. We came in during operation hours and the only lady that was there was obviously ignoring us and chatting to her friend on the phone for 20 minutes, had us waiting just to tell us later, that if we want new insurance contract we have to wait 5-7 work days. Avoid avoid avoid and better go to Broker Link where the lady was very nice and helpful and made calls to avoid this waiting period.
