I needed to set up condo insurance and then a couple months later, auto insurance. Kasandra at the Canmore office went above and beyond on both processes to understand what I needed and to share her deep expertise to guide me through the process to ensure I selected the right services. She also asked about timing and met those deadlines too- with a smile and graciousness throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to be friendly, helpful, and a trusted advisor. I highly recommend her and Westland.
Riley from Westland is thr worst broker ever. I would avoid westland at all costs. Waited over a month for a quote. Got asked questions, answered them, only for Riley to disappear for a week. Return and ask the same questions. This went on over and over till I requested someone else or a manager. I immediately recieved a quote. Totally wasted my time...and I still havent recieved any correspondence from the manager. Time is money...dont waste your time here. Shop elsewhere.
