I honestly can’t say enough good things about Krista and the help she gave me. Insurance can be a pretty stressful thing to deal with, especially when you have a lot of questions and a more complicated situation, but Krista made the whole process way easier. She was always patient, quick to respond, and took the time to actually explain things instead of just rushing through it. I have sent 4 Follow Up emails since the begining of July. I will own my lateness to getting some fo the details (prior to july), but we had quotes and simply wanted to proceed. To be ghosted is just not acceptable, but looking at the reviews not uncommon. They have left me in a very rushed need for home insurance.
