“I attempted to book an appointment with the practice, but was informed that they are not accepting new patients and do not answer phone calls. I went to the practice in person and saw two appointment slots available. However, the receptionist refused to book me in, stating that the doctor does not accept new patients, even though the slots were open. This was disappointing and confusing.”

Wholesome n holistic experience with Dr Kiran
Starting from the lovely girls at receptions who are always helping to fit me in as soon as they can. On arrival the receptionist always has a welcoming smile plus their people skills are just great. Our Dr Melissa Joseph who has looked after myself and my wife Leesa is very kind and gentle but very thorough when it comes to healthcare, I would highly recommend that all should attend this practice even if you don’t see Dr Melissa Joseph you could see other Doctors that are just great Cheers Antoine
Have been going to RFMP since 2009 and would never go anywhere else. All the Drs are thorough, courteous and personable. You never feel like just a number. From pregnancy through to post partum and now, my son is a teenager, we feel like our family has been so well cared for and looked after by Dr Muir and Dr Crockett and their team. I love that we never feel rushed and nothing is ever overlooked. The clinic is clean. The team are friendly and parking is easy. Thank you for all your support over the years.
