I have been a patient of Dr. Kim’s for almost four years. He is kind, patient, informative and doesn’t try to up-sell. His business environment is peaceful and professional. I actually don’t mind going to the dentist now. I feel grateful I found and chose him to be my dentist.
I had written the details down before, so the Dr sent me a rejection letter. So I erased the review. I'm going to repost it. I was getting a biteguard. They knew I had severe dental anxiety. In the middle of doing the guard, when my mouth was full of plaster, or whatever, the rep said to me" you look so ugly, we should post this on FB." I guess she thought she was being funny. Emotionally abusive. Can't believe what comes out of their mouths. I am petrified now....Had a bite guard done, and the girl said I " looked terrible with the goop in my mouth, "when she was making the bite guard. That we should " put it on FB.." Very friendly crews, 2 weeks - a month wait time, not bad, hubby's crown & filling done separately there. Clown was bit painful b4 & after, filling is faster & less discomfort. However it was a bit awkward when - suddenly said 1 tooth was "taken care of" in previous appt without consent nor explained what was done (no filling found) - surprisingly charged $200± extra for something extra was done in previous appt (without info us), surprise charges is never good & kinda hurt our trust & goodwill - receipts are a lump-sum tota... read more
