They have been ran off jobs for not getting them done because of lack of skilled employees. The owners have no ideal what they are doing. They want last long.
Work for this place if you wanna get literally robbed by the company owners, they'll straight up fire you the week of Thanksgiving then tell you they're taking your paycheck then refuse to explain anything else.
