They treat the residents like they own them... They have lost sight of the people . The community does not like the 21 year old with no experience who thinks she Is above the residents.
I have owned my mobile home in Sunnydale MHP in Hallandale Beach, FL for almost 3 years now. It's been wonderful! It's a nice quiet park. Kathy (the park manager) has been great! They hold contests (example: most improvements for the year) where you can win gift baskets and prizes. They also have events (like pizza night) top hemp you get to know your neighbors. I'd definitely recommend Riverstone communities!
