Pulte Homes is an excellent. Our home is of great and the buying and closing process was smooth and well supported—we were guided every step of the way. However, the HOA in this community has been very disappointing. Fees are charged consistently, but the promised amenities are still not completed, and many of the community rules feel unreasonable given the day-to-day reality of residents. Overall, we are very happy with our home, but the HOA management has been frustrating and lacking in practical sense.”

Pulte has been great to work with. From the sales office to the construction manager. Everyone we worked with was quick to respond and assist with our needs throughout the home building process. I highly recommend building with Pulte.
