Excellent service, fast, professional, and got the job done!
Leasing Consultant: Averil Luikens lead me and my partner on an amazing tour today. Her energy was absolutely amazing and contagious. She answered all of our questions throughly and we didn’t leave feeling lost. We toured 2 bed 1 bath and 1 bed 1 bath, very spacious in each unit. We were shown their renovated units which has a clean modern look. Their classic unit has an older look to it but it still looks nice. Overall the experience today was entertaining, enticing, and enjoyable.
Alex was friendly, honest, and informative! I came in without an appointment and she went above and beyond to accomodate me with a tour of 2 units fitting what I was looking for. I started filling out my application the next day! And Alex was quickly and consistently available to help me throughout this process as well. 10/10 recommend!!

For the price of these apartments the quality is very lackluster. The gate never works, the trash compactor is always broken, there is ALWAYS a water line bursting in the parking lot, causing water to bubble up for weeks. The pool area is overall very dirty and not well maintained. The equipment such as the grills and pool chairs/umbrellas are deteriorated and in poor condition.
