I can’t even begin to describe how frustrating living here has been. If you’re considering moving into this complex, do yourself a favor and RUN in the other direction. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME LEAVING THIS REVIEW FOR SOME REASON MY REVIEW IS BEING DELETED !! 1. Rent & Fees The original rent for my unit was $1,295/month, yet almost every month my total came to approximately $1,415 due to excessive — though explained — fees. When I requested a short two-day grace period to avoid a $200 legal fee and pay on the 13th instead of the 11th, management refused. I don’t live here but I came to visit my friend and I feel so bad for him the upstairs neighbors have no respect for them and he let the office know all they said was they were going to give them a warning and they said that twice if you are thinking about living on the bottom floor or 2nd floor I would dare recommend it run from this place .
