I do not recommend living at RiverStone Apartments. There are ongoing safety and management issues that have not been properly addressed. Non-residents frequently access the pool area, host unauthorized gatherings, play loud and inappropriate music, and leave the area trashed with little to no enforcement of community rules. There have also been multiple noise violations reported that are still ongoing, with little to no resolution. Security is a major concern. Vincent our maintenance staff received a ticket from me concerning my ice machine. He quickly came and fixed it. He has such a great personality. He’s not easily bothered at all. Thanks Vincent for everything.
Absolutely love living here! Miranda, Alex, and Averil are all very helpful. Vincent does a phenomenal job with maintenance, too.
