THIS IS MY SECOND TIME LEAVING THIS REVIEW FOR SOME REASON MY REVIEW IS BEING DELETED !! 1. Rent & Fees The original rent for my unit was $1,295/month, yet almost every month my total came to approximately $1,415 due to excessive — though explained — fees. When I requested a short two-day grace period to avoid a $200 legal fee and pay on the 13th instead of the 11th, management refused. I don’t live here but I came to visit my friend and I feel so bad for him the upstairs neighbors have no respect for them and he let the office know all they said was they were going to give them a warning and they said that twice if you are thinking about living on the bottom floor or 2nd floor I would dare recommend it run from this place . I have lived in rental communities including apartment and townhomes for more than a decade, and I have to say this new administration, INCLUDING the amazing and talented maintenance super team VINCENT and AUSTIN, are phenomenal and the best team I have experienced. AUSTIN and VINCENT showcase exceptional customer service and are knowledgeable in their respective trades. They will address work orders in a timely manner and FIX it permanently and not temporarily. Austin and Vincent are the best maintenance men that have worked at Riverstone since I have lived in this community. Since they were hired, everything has improved. The pool has been kept up and has been open nearly everyday this Summer. They stay on top of keeping our community clean and beautiful as well. There’s nothing they can’t fix.
