These were okay at first. Now they are terrible. Nothing gets repaired. Gate is always broken and the rent is high. Do yourself a favor and move elsewhere. Maybe try Bowman Station if you can afford it.
If I could give a negative star I would. They NEVER ANSWER the phone . They don't do repair or care about residents.These people are awful . Property is filthy broken down and they don't respond nor care about residents. Awful place
New manager is taking care of business, even the gate is going back operational! that will make people feel safe again! Postive trend taking place after a long time of decline! i know current renters will be very appreciative!
I wish I could give it more than 1 star ,but I can't. My fiance and I came and took a tour of an apartment, we absolutely fell in love with it. We were going through the application process and that's why the 1 star. My fiance ran into an issue uploading a document. We spoke to Katelyn, she specifically stated that she would find out what she could do to assist us.
