To start with this location has Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. The grounds are very well maintained and in a pretty convenient location to most all of North Macon locations, all of the amenities/appliances provided with the apartments are modern and well maintained, and even considering the close proximity to the interstate there was very little road noise on the property. Overall we were extremely happy with our experience at this location and our interactions with Alex in the leasing office!
I HATE THESE APARTMENTS!!! There is nothing really luxury about these apartments. Overly priced and absolutely a terrible place to live. I should’ve known once my apartment was not move in ready that it was red flag. I had mold in my apartment, apartment was half cleaned, a burnt hole in my counter and my cabinets were falling off. I have had enough and I haven’t been here for a year. I am currently sleeping inside of a hot apartment that is 83 degrees and I am a heat casualty alongside with my toddler. Out of all the service there Averil Luikens has by far helped me with so many question and services, she does so much to help and be a kind soul even when only on phone calls!
Averil was absolutely amazing! She made my tour enjoyable answered all of my questions and made the application process quick and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Her excellent customer service made all the difference I highly recommend working with Averil if you’re looking for a new apartment
