This surgery is 1 of 2 amazing practices I have been with over the years, as someone who has developed a medical condition and constantly needs appointments and medications, I cannot fault them, such a wonderful practice. Appointments and medications can be done online and that too is such a simple and easy process.
Whilst the doctors are very good, this is the most poorly run GP surgery I have ever attended. I have lived all over the country and never encountered anything like this. The receptionists have no ability to assist you due to baffling, restrictive policies. You can't make an appointment over the phone in advance (except when you can because you talk to somebody who isn't aware of this policy I suppose). This surgery has been quite a supportive one. I was always able to book appointments or consultations via the online booking system on their website. Dr Jepson and Dr Paul have been extremely kind and considerate doctors. Grateful for all that this GP practice does.
The receptionist who handles the phone could do with a refresher in her customer service attitude on the phone is awful
