The team at Riverside Wrenching LLC have been incredible to work with. Being new to the area we were warned mechanics over charge and are almost impossible to get a hold of. While demands of a mechanic may be high, Riverside answered when we called, made us instantly feel at home and helped make us feel we were a priority. I have brought work and personal vehicles to Riverside Wrenching. The guys there have done a great job. I appreciate the customer service and app they use for me to see pictures along with a description of what is wrong.
Had a detailed report on my vehicle and I was able to accept or decline the work. They were very thorough on making sure my brakes worked properly.
Well, I’ve found myself an auto repair shop! These guys are top notch. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, quick and HONEST!!! You guys, HONEST! I’ve tried multiple shops around here… every time I would get disappointed. Not this time. Definitely a return customer here. Even the whole process of dropping off/picking up the vehicle is a breeze as well as getting the entire inspection thing (with photos and videos) and invoice online. Great prices as well! Awesome service.
These guys are great….they are friendly and listen to your concerns, set up necessary work appointments in a timely fashion, work efficiently and charge reasonably! Thanks guys!
