A complete joke of an auto repair shop. They charged me over $800 to look at my Chevy, claimed that the computer had been switched out and they couldn't program a replaced computer. My car is now at the dealership garage in Anchorage and they said that the Vin # on the computer matched the vehicle and was not a replacement. Riverside charged me almost $1,000 to lie to me and repair NOTHING after letting my car sit in their parking lot for weeks. They suggested I just abandon it there with them. Ha!!! I brought in my Honda Pilot for a flashing check engine light December 2024. RSW ran the codes and informed me that the vehicle was suffering from a warranty issue that the dealership in Anchorage would be able to fix free of charge. They could have said nothing and charged me 1-2 thousand dollars of work that did need done. Instead, they charged me a diagnostic hour and I saved a thousand dollars. Integrity is invaluable. Will return.
