All of the doctors are amazing!!! But I got no call, no patient portal message back in regards to rescheduling my annual women exam after THEY cancel/rescheduled 3 times. On top of that, they decided to drop the ball on me with balances that don’t belong to me due to the fact my son was put up for adoption and the adoptive parents took care of the balance. This office is a nightmare. They have clearly taken on way too many patients and can’t accommodate the ones who have been here for months already. If I wasn’t 37 weeks pregnant with complications I would go somewhere else. The only person worth seeing here is Dr.Buffalow. Just know, they will schedule you with a different person every single time you come. And when you need to schedule your next one, it is extremely limited availability.
