We have Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield . Riverside hospital is in network but they fail to mention the pediatrician they assign to you is from Pediatrix Medical Group which is not in network and we didn’t find out til it was too late. ($5k too late ) . Choose a different hospital .
Our daughter delivered 7 week premature twins. The experience at Riverside was fabulous. One baby needed to be transported to children's. The experience there was horrific!! Cudos to all the Riverside Drs and nurses for their kind, excellent and professional care. There was no comparison between Riverside and children's.

Would leave zero stars if I could. HEADS UP!!! If you or a family member are having their baby here READ THIS. There is no Visitor Info on their website other than parking info so I'll let you how it works. There is NO waiting room on floor 3. You must wait on the ground level in the surgery waiting area. Hope you have contact with the parents via cell phone because no one will update you. You must go through security, metal detector, and have your bags searched. There is NO nursery. My wife gave birth to both of our babies here. Absolutely outstanding nurses and doctors from triage to delivery and through postpartum.
