I am disappointed with the billing outcome of my annual preventive visit with Dr. Tonia Contelmo, DO. This appointment was scheduled as my annual preventive check-up. I scheduled this visit because my insurance covers preventive exams once a year, and I wanted to make sure everything was okay with my health. I did not come in because of a specific health concern. I had an appointment scheduled for february and the they rescheduled me for may because she has a surgery or something after having the appointmet for over 3 months. Jus got another notification that my appointment needed to be cancelled and rescheduled again . Called to express my obvious concern &they are not able to reschedule me until july.
