Jennifer who answers the phone calls is so unprofessional.
I had my scheduled time mixed up with another appointment and ended up coming in early. I was told at the front desk after I expressed that to them that I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I was told to call at the time of my appointment to do so. Well I was in another appointment so calling was not going to happen at that exact time. I ended up calling when I was able to be on my phone, and the operator was very nasty. Not once did the words “I want to cancel my appointment” come out of my mouth. To the young women out there, this is the first place where I’ve truly been taken seriously and finally received treatment for the cause of my suffering. I have never felt more heard, understood, and informed leaving a doctor’s office than I do here. A huge thank you to Dr. Camaloe and the entire team I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She truly is genuinely the best in my book.
The providers and nurses I have seen are all wonderful, but Elise French and nurse Jessica are two of the best medical professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Elise is so knowledgeable, laid back and totally judgment free. Jessica is the same, and so friendly and attentive. It’s genuinely comforting to hear her voice during stressful times in pregnancy. Lindsay Hefner is a fantastic NP, however the front office is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. When I arrived there was no one to check me in and after waiting awhile I attempted to check in on the kiosk. I was having trouble entering my new insurance in the kiosk and asked Katie at the front desk for help. When I asked her if there was another way to check in, she looked at me and did not respond.
