I love Riverside, and all my doctors are in the Riverside system. I live right behind the diagnostic center, and my PCP doctor is right here at me. Love it.
I come to Riverside Williamsburg Family Medicine for my neurology appointments and other medical needs, and I’ve always had a great experience. The doctors are excellent—knowledgeable, caring, and take the time to listen. I’ve never had any issues with my visits. It is always clean and the bathrooms are nice. I’ve also had blood work done here, and the process has always been smooth. The Doctors and Nurses are AMAZING. but some of those front desk people are rude and short patienced as hell. I just got off the phone and was rushed off for asking simple appointment questions.
