Very caring staff
My appointment was at 9:20. I arrived at 9:24. I was deemed late and told I had to reschedule because they see patients every 20 minutes. This is my annual physical and I am allowed 20 minutes and they did not draw blood in advance so I’m not sure what we were going to do anyway. Listen. To my heart look in my ears. I’m 63 years old.
