Absolutely the worst and most incompetent office staff. Amara, who answers the phones, when asked nicely about IMPROPER BILLING sent to Medicare from their office proceeded to raise her voice at me, insisting the patient was billed in March 2022 for a visit even though the patient had not seen/spoken to/zoomed with Dr. Valls since 2020, and then proceeded to mock me and get even louder and more aggressive before HANGING UP ON ME. I have been a patient of Dr. Valls for quite a few years. I have come to trust and appreciate his thoroughness and the time he takes with me in the office. He has helped me through a number of medical crises really well.
I called the office With a lot of issues I needed addressed and no Insurance I was seen the need day and put on a payment plain until I got my insurance straight. Since I have continued to go to Dr.Volls here and love the time and understanding he puts into each visit. The staff is great they really do there best by getting you in and making appointments always being friendly and careening.
