I'll give two stars because the facility is clean and a lot of the staff is nice.However, I went monday with a swollen red finger. They took x rays and said it wasn't broken, so sent me home with ibuprofen, even though I told them I had been taking it for a few days along with icing, and nothing was getting better. I went to the urgent care the next day where immediately the doctor could tell I had an infection. I wound up needing to see my hand surgeon the next day and had surgery the day after that because I have an infect... read more
My cardiologist was great and everyone in the emergency room was helpful and nice. The actually saved my life.
Dr. Sundershan Gupta was not only extremely professional, knowledgeable and very efficient but he was empathetic, he listened and he displayed a genuine care and concern. He came to the room many times to check on my father and his progress and did everything with a smile and it was even his birthday. I wish he could be my dad’s primary care doctor but I know he is saving many lives in the emergency room at Walter Reed!
My nurses were amazing! Doctors were good - i definitely don’t want another out patient surgery
