Very clean facility, plenty of staff at all hours of the night, I received amazing care here. The staff are so kind and understanding.
Had an MRI done in July at 6pm night shift. People their were extremely kind. Young man named Joel stayed with me and held my hand the entire time. I am clostaphobic and meds didnt make me sleepy. I would not of made it through appointment without him. Very nice and kind young man. First name again was Joel. Thank you
It was like being tortured by nice people where they keep you strapped to a bed with an IV. Hospitals are suppose to make you feel better, but we left feeling miserable.I have to agree to go somewhere else. Had to stay overnight for a colonoscopy (wife)in morning, they said could only do a mini colonoscopy for some reason but after hours and hours the next day, they said they wanted to do a full one the next day and the partial one is pointless. Receptionist is not patient friendly and you will have a hard time to figure out what is going on with your family members. I had a hard time to figure out where my husband was as he was there and came directly from colonoscopy to emergency room. He have high blood pressure for a long time (it is in his mychart) but i believe they forgot to check it. So ....scheduled procedure....start procedure....then they noticed that he have high blood pressure ....stop procedure....put him im emergency room....As i called nobody told me... read more
Just had to go in with my husband and I personally sanitized our room it is so gross the floor had crumbs of food others hairs just nasty and if that was seen what other nasty can't be seen just nasty and tons of people but not there hired requirements so they don't take extra steps just sad that right there is what's wrong with the world not taking extra or do extra
