Riverside did a fantastic job on my fence. I was in a unique situation where I wanted my fence placed on top of my concrete retaining wall. They had a solution every step of the way. As others have indicated on the reviews, they sometimes are hard to get a hold of; however, that didn't bother me. The guys who came out and did the work were amazing. Did a great job. Great to communicate. Easy to be around. The office and phone answering however, is a joke. She acts like you are bothering her when on the phone. Never returns calls. Never commits to a time frame. You have to keep calling back and bugging her to get anything accomplished. Wish I could just deal direct with the crew. The price seemed fair.

Love the people when you interact with them. Hard to get a call back and do not like to do repairs. They will cut panels for the Lovena fences when needed.
