I would give zero stars if I could. We moved out of our apartment on 6/30. The property stated it was black out date and that’s why we were charged excess fees that they would refund. I had to contact the property every day for 2 weeks. They only refunded $66 of the $76 the over charged us. The reason it took so long because they couldn’t do anything without the community manager who is barely ever on site. I contacted cardinal since they own the property. This is BY FAR the weirdest place I've ever lived. I moved in on 06/23 and Riverside Villas is living up to its name. Water is EVERYWHERE all the time and there's "nothing" they can do about it? Really?!?!? How about starting with capping some of these sprinkler heads! INSANITY! (Oh, the first picture is a sprinkler head shooting AT LEAST 8 feet in the air. Looked like Old Faithful!!) Also, there's nowhere to park that's close to my apartment so I had to pay another $80 for covered parking, which is way too expensive.
