Terrible experience will not go back. First time going and last. Walked in and no one greeted us; all sitting at desk at counter either eating or staring at computer. Got checked in, waited 20 minutes to be taken to room. No one else was in waiting room. Then we waited another 15 minutes in room. I hesitated to post this because my family has trusted Riverside with many animals, including six dogs, several cats, and strays, for approximately 6 years. However, our experiences with the office have felt noticeably different over the past couple of years. On Friday, my daughter brought one of our dogs for his annual rabies vaccination and heartworm test so we could continue his heartworm and flea prevention. Great front desk staff, the vets are all so nice and explain everything
The vet here lies right to your face. Please do your own research if your dog needs help, or even better, just go to a different vet. All her lies were easily disproved with a quick google search and a call to another vet. She shouldn't be allowed to work with animals, and I'll be reporting her license.
