RecommendedCan't say enough about this place, I all but call them family. Have been there for us during sad pet times with caring hearts and good pet times with open smiles. I just finished a doggy checkup and am loving the new report card system. Gives me something to read when I get home and then fully understand the issue. Plus post on the fridge to remember. I drive all the way from the city to take my pets to Riverside Vet Hospital. I trust them 100%. The staff are welcoming, kind, & always professional.
I felt welcome and they really cared about my Huey! The waiting area was awesome! The assistant was more than helpful and of course my vet, Dr Hatfield, is pretty amazing. He has taken care of my one and only pet for three years. I lived 30 miles away and made the special to see him to take care of Huey!
The Vets and staff at Riverside are great they have been upfront and honest and considerate of your feelings when things go wrong. They have taken care of my two dogs Dude & Funny Face they were always eager to go inside and see every one each time they went. Dude was facing a downhill battle with cancer that started about 10 months ago. The Vet did not waste valuable time or money running test because he knew exactly what we were dealing with and how much I loved My Dog!
