Dr Fred and his staff were amazing. My elderly dog had to have a cyst removed from his hind leg and that they were wonderful to deal with during the aftercare to help me keep it dry and wrapped to promote healing.
Riverside Vet went downhill after the new Dr. started working there. She was consistently cold, lazy and would charge ridiculous fees. We go to Hermiston now after several awful visits for our dogs and cats. Also witnessed several interactions between the new vet and other clients. She was so rude.
I’ve had no negative experiences with this vet clinic. Dr. Mathews is a skilled and attentive veterinarian. However, it’s worth noting that the cost of services may feel overwhelming for some pet owners.
I have had nothing but good experiences here. They have always got my dog in quickly and the price was less than anticipated. Highly recommend!
When it comes to geriatric dogs, you won't find a more experienced crew than at Riverside Veterinary Clinic. I brought in my 16-year-old border jack, who was experiencing painful arthritis. They did all the standard checks to see if she could handle the arthritis med. She could. She's been on the meds for 3 days and has perked right up to her usual self! Thank you Riverside for seeing to the needs of geriatric pets!
