This is the most frustrating office of Riverside to work with. They don't return phone calls, the nurse did not explain treatment options and the doctor didn't take enough time with the patient. There is not a single sense care from anyone in the office. We are beyond angry with the lack of competency.
Dr Stromberg is amazing. My elderly father in law was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. She took extra time to call me after calling him with results so I got all of the information directly. She is personable and actually spends time with her patients. She shows great care and compassion. We are so thankful to have her in our corner.
This Dr. office does not allow babies/children to come to appointments. This is a big disservice to mothers suffering from bladder issues who do not have access to childcare. While I understand the distraction children can bring, I think this rule needs to change to help families with no other options.
I had an appointment today due to an inflamed kidney while being 23 weeks pregnant. The one bigger lady with the glasses upfront at the desk is so rude and insincere. She made me cancel my appointment because I had my 1yr old with me. She didn’t even say it to me she said it to the other lady at the desk. “You have to reschedule her, we can’t have a baby in here” is what I recall. It was just so unprofessional. Stay away! Don't waste your time.I can't even give them a 1 was referred by primary for long-term issues. At the office I was not even allowed to see the doctor because my 15 year old came.They flat out refused to see me Stateing it was office policy no children allowed in waiting area or doctors area. This is clearly discrimination. I
