I live in Newport News but, seeing as they were backed up until February, I scheduled with Riverside Urology in Williamsburg instead so I didn't have to wait! I brought my husband with me as an advocate (Because I have been gas lit and dismissed by doctors in the past about symptoms/ailments..) which honestly? This time around I really didn't even need to! This is most unprofessional place that I ever dealt with. They have cancelled my appointment twice, the front desk reps are unprofessional and rude. The practices and medical treatment are unethical. They do not care about their patients or show any compassion around caring for patients. Never met with the urologist but only the PA. I was never informed.
