My friend got shot and they did nothing
I called them to ask if they were accepting appointments and the lady on the phone hung up on me mid sentence. I'm in need of urgent medical care. So I tried calling 2 more times and she just asked how can I help you and then immediately hung up the phone as soon as she heard my voice. I never have wrote a Google review but after that blatant disrespectful experience I need everyone to know that's how they handled my call 9/20/25 5:22PM.
I am happy my friend referred me to this urgent care. I came in yesterday with a puncture wound on my foot from a large thorn. I found this clinic to be extemely clean, the check in process was super efficient. I had a short wait. And of course the staff was pleasant and professional. It is a 30 minute drive for me and I will continue using this clinic vs my local urgent care.
We have been here 3 times in one year, all visits great, short wait time, great staff, easy checkin process!! Great place for sports physicals for any school athletics!! Plus one of the the few places that has a height tape to 6'6, my 16 son is 6'6.. and hasn't grown an inch this year finally!! Haha!
went to riverside urgent care on 7-30-2025 the staff,leslie,jaun,karen and Vivian were so professional kind even with it being so busy. I will for sure recommend this urgent care to my family and friends. thank you staff and you all deserve a 5 star
