They really know how to make you feel like a second class citizen. They will forget about you, lose your tests, and samples. My wife and I were waiting hours and I kept asking for updates and help but they would tell us to go to the waiting room. They ended up coming to us and asking us why we were waiting there. I asked for help because my wife was almost screaming and crying from pain and they said they couldn’t help or get her a bed. They said if she screamed then they would have to take other protocol. Not coming back here again. Too much to type, but worst experience ever.
I genuinely wish this place took my insurance bc the staff here is stellar. Every time I’ve been here they are so insanely respectful and kind, nurturing and maternal. Very very professional without seeming cold- everyone here is doing an amazing job. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind for what I came in for.
