Although we had to go back a second time, they saw my husband right away and the staff was excellent for the most part.
On January 3, 2026, I was treated in the emergency room I was there from 11am to 1am almost 15 hrs!! and had a concerning experience with one of the charge nurses female, late 20s who had came in later that evening. Throughout my visit, she spoke to multiple patients, including myself, in a manner that felt dismissive and disrespectful, as if patients were being treated as incompetent rather than listened to with care and professionalism. The only person getting stars is the actual physician that assisted my son in the emergency room, he was great. Other than that, the wait time, the attitude of the nurse Elizabeth and lack of communication to simply receive a copy of my son’s results is beyond disappointing. Trying to call them about it just for office staff to transfer the line to a different hospital really shows their lack of knowledge to assist anyone over phone. They gave me high doses of Lasix and caused me to go into acute kidney failure, then told me to go home. Avoid this place at all cost.
