I’m a patient of Dr. Ibrahim the oncologist now I have lymphedema on my right arm and a few hours ago my arm just got severely swollen hot. I have a temp body temperature of 90° though I’ve had two surges on my on that arm one shoulder replacement and a muscle chair that was replaced in May 2024 you know they wanted me to wait 5 to 6 hours but they were gonna give me a paint shot which shit about the paint shot I wanna make sure I have Osteo with I wanna make sure I didn’t break it. Brought my daughter who was very sick they took her vitals sat us in the lobby for 3 and half hours. Had to leave because my daughter was passing out and looked extremely unwell. Brought her somewhere else her blood oxygen dropped into the 70s and found out she had pneumonia. When I came into the e.r. it was not busy at all and they still had us waiting for almost 4 hrs did nothing for my daughter. Two star rating speaks for itself. If you've been to this emergency room, then you know what I mean.
I took my daughter to the ER to be evaluated and assessed. We got there about 2:30pm. Took us about 15 min for vitals to be done and then took us straight to a bed in the ER. I was so emotionally wrecked at that point but the staff made a very difficult situation bearable. Our floor nurse James was so compassionate and was so good with both my daughter and myself.
