If I could rate this hospital negative 100 Stars I would. I have seen many doctors in different specialties and have been treated the same no matter where I am being seen. Everything from racial discrimination to lack of empathy, writing up false information on your chart and even being laughed out for crying because I was in pain. god forbid you ask for water while waiting outside with a fever in 102 degree weather before getting checked in. largest display of genuine incompetence and apathy i've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. moreno valley deserves better. one star is generous. i am now in hour seven of what should have been a prescription filling for my partner that was artificially inflated because the staff neglected to keep track of/notify us of any goings-on. xrays were ordered that nobody told us about until an hour after we were supp... read more
They were very friendly and polite. Was there for a long time but when my results came in the dr was very thorough and explained everything very well.
It’s sad to see people go for a profession like a Nurse or any medical field to only be unprofessional in their job. My sister was submitted in the Trauma department for a head injury. When I arrived nurses were only fooling around, cursing, talking loud about what happen in their weekend, etc. Not caring about their patients or paying attention to them unless they call for help. Professional, friendly and very attentive to patients needs. I never had such a good experience in a hospital. The doctors, nurses, nurses aids, custodians and food services were all top notch in meeting the needs of their patients. I was extremely impressed with the high quality of their work ethics. They're all a shining star in the medical field. Thank you for all you did in helping me survive this terrible rattlesnake experience; I owe my life to all of you. Ollie
