I want to leave a good review for the rest of the hospital but not their physical therapy department it's terrible , went there after my shoulder surgery and this therapist named Vernon Lambert was awful , gave me a bad time , belittling me because I told him that I could not continue with the session because of the pain and he taunted me with a box of Kleenex , saying that I'm going to cry . Anyways I would not give a 5 star for that department .

WHOEVER HUNG UP ON MY AT 2:23pm~ on 08/04/2025, YOU SUCK!! MAY YOUR SUPERVISOR READ THIS!! MY MOM IS IN THE ER AND I CAN'T EVEN GET INFORMATION THANKS TO YOU
Volví después de 2 años la clínica familiar hoy fue de lo mejor la doctora q me atendió fue muy eficiente, lo unico un poco eficiente es donde sacan sangre 🩸 las enfermeras solo está platicando y no tienen paciencia, el lugar de ultrasonido las señoritas al frente muy amables y eficientes gracias 🙏 alos q isieron mi cita tranquila sin estrés 🙏
