When I called @ 9Am today for an appointment info, a young lady Jennette answered my call after my 10 minutes waiting. She was nice and responsible person who listened to me and gave me more clear answers for my needs. Thanks for your good services 😊
Extremely unhelpful. I went in for a referral to a specialist and was given the wrong kind of referral to the wrong doctor, scheduled a dozen and a half tests I didn't ask for, and made late to my next appointment because Dr. Myint refused to read my chart before coming into my room, yet somehow ALSO refused to listen when I corrected him on the purpose of my visit. Disgusting display of abuse of the healthcare system, taking advantage of people's insurance.
Customer service at the front desk could be improved. A more friendly and attentive approach would a big difference in guest experience.
Me atendio una recepcionista hoy 16 de septiembre Llamada "Araceli" que no quiso darme su apellido, pero fue muy grosera conmigo en su trato hacia mi persona solo porque le dije que no era paciente de esa clinica y si podia hablar con la trabajadora del medical y sus manoteos de mano,su tomó de vos, no me pareció lo adecuado para su trabajo que nos pueden ofecer como pacientes. Aparte para yo ser paciente de esa clinica debo esperar cita que no hay por el momento y pueden durar hasta mas de 1 mes para q me atiendan. No se si... read more
